She oversees customer experience, branding, and the systems that make POD-it run smoothly — from the look and feel of every pod to the way customers book, receive and store their items. Her approach combines strong operational standards with an instinct for clarity, warmth and trust.
Outside of POD-it, Jacquelene is an author whose work includes Honey from the Carcass, a memoir exploring resilience, faith and family. Her experience as a writer influences how POD-it communicates: clear, honest and personal.
Her role ensures that POD-it is not just efficient and reliable, but driven by story, purpose and thoughtful design — setting a new benchmark for what a modern, customer-first storage company can be.
Martin Botha

Martin supports POD-it with a clear, uncompromising focus: build a storage business that is engineered properly, operated efficiently and delivered with the reliability customers expect but rarely receive.
He oversees the entire operation at Lawton Place — from planning, site development and infrastructure, to designing and manufacturing the POD-it storage units themselves. Every weld, every panel and every delivery method has been refined under his direction to create a system that is fast, safe and repeatable.
Alongside POD-it, Martin is also the Chief Executive of Wealth Max, an FCA-regulated investment advisory firm. His work in that sector demands precision, discipline and rigorous regulatory standards. Those same principles shape POD-it: clear systems, transparent processes and a culture of doing things properly the first time.
Martin drives the wider strategy of Lawton Storage, including the expansion of POD-it and the upcoming PARK-it vehicle-storage service. His background in finance, operations and problem-solving gives the business its structure and momentum.
