We collect personal data that you provide when booking our service, including your name, email address, telephone number, postal address and postcode, payment card details (processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our systems), and delivery and collection scheduling preferences. We use your data to provide our storage service and manage your account, process your payments and subscriptions, arrange delivery and collection of your pods, communicate with you about your service, send you important service updates, and comply with our legal obligations. We process your data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: contract performance (to provide the storage service you have subscribed to), legitimate interests (to manage our business and improve our services), legal obligation (to comply with tax and regulatory requirements), and consent (for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

This includes Outseta (our customer management platform), Stripe (our payment processor), and Calendly (for scheduling deliveries and collections). We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active storage subscription with us. After your subscription ends and your pod has been collected, we retain your data for up to six years to comply with tax and legal obligations. We then securely delete your personal data unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
