We provide portable storage pods delivered to and collected from your property across Kent. Our service includes delivery of an empty storage pod to your specified address, collection of your loaded pod for secure storage at our warehouse, re-delivery of your pod when required, and ongoing storage at our facility. Pods are available in three sizes: Standard (1m x 1m x 1m), Medium (1m x 1m x 2m) and Large (2m x 1.1m x 2m).
Storage is charged on a weekly rate billed monthly in advance. Weekly rates are converted to monthly billing using a 4.33 multiplier. A single delivery and pickup charge of £42 each way applies to all coverage areas. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Payment is taken automatically each month from the card on file. You must keep a valid payment method on your account at all times.
Delivery and collection dates are subject to availability. You must ensure adequate access for our vehicle and crane equipment. The delivery location must be on a solid, level surface such as a driveway, hardstanding or paved area. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are not suitable for the weight of a loaded pod. You must be present or have an authorised representative present at the time of delivery or collection.
You are responsible for the contents you place in your pod. Do not store hazardous, illegal, perishable or flammable items. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of your pod, which is 750kg. You must not attempt to move, alter or damage the pod in any way. Any damage to the pod caused by misuse will be charged to you.
Your belongings stored in our pods are not insured by us. We strongly recommend you arrange your own contents insurance. Many home insurance policies can be extended to cover items in storage. It is your responsibility to ensure your items are adequately insured.
You may cancel your storage subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will arrange collection of your empty pod within 3 days. The pod must be emptied and ready for collection. Your subscription stops once the pod is returned. The delivery and pickup charge paid at booking covers both delivery and collection.
While we take reasonable care in handling, transporting and storing your pod, our liability for loss or damage to your stored items is limited to cases of proven negligence on our part. We are not liable for damage caused by weather, vermin, mould or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total storage fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
